The position
As a Creative Development Coordinator, you will be the operational backbone of the creative team, ensuring projects move smoothly from concept through to execution. While the wider team focuses on creative development, you will take ownership of the planning, coordination and administrative work that keeps projects organised and on track.
You will manage timelines, budgets, project documentation, stakeholder communication and day-to-day operational support, helping the team work efficiently in a fast-paced and constantly changing environment.
Role and Responsibilities
- Coordinate creative projects, timelines, milestones and deliverables, ensuring deadlines stay on track and agreed responsibilities are followed up;
- Monitor budgets, purchase orders and project spending, while maintaining accurate project documentation;
- Prepare reports, presentations, recap documents, timeline boards, project rooms and other supporting materials;
- Coordinate stakeholder communication and work closely with creative, design, marketing and other cross-functional teams;
- Identify operational gaps and support improvements to processes, workflows and ways of working;
- Provide day-to-day administrative and operational support across the team;
- Remain flexible and support different projects as priorities and business needs evolve.
The Ideal Candidate
- Strong project coordination, organisational and time management skills, with excellent attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities;
- Experience with budget tracking, purchase orders, project administration and tools such as PowerPoint, Excel and project management platforms;
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the confidence to follow up and hold others accountable while maintaining positive working relationships;
- Proactive, self-starting and able to work independently, taking ownership of tasks and identifying what needs to be done;
- Adaptable, resilient and calm under pressure, with the ability to stay organised in a fast-paced creative environment;
- Process-minded yet flexible, with a collaborative and hands-on attitude and a willingness to support wherever needed;
- Comfortable working primarily from the office 4–5 days per week, with occasional evening, weekend and European travel when required.
What you can expect from our client:
