The Team

The EMEA Media Team develops and executes media strategies that grow brand visibility, consumer engagement, and commercial performance across Europe.

You will work across a broad media landscape, combining brand-building activity with performance-driven channels to reach consumers throughout the full journey. The team collaborates closely with Brand Marketing, E-commerce, Analytics, Communications, and external agencies to create integrated media plans that support business goals.

Through strategic partnerships, media innovation, and ongoing optimization, the team helps connect consumers with the brand at the right moments and across key touchpoints.

The Role

As Media Specialist (Affiliates & Creators), you will play an important role in growing the brand’s affiliate marketing and creator partnership channel across Europe. Working closely with agency partners, E-commerce, Analytics, and the wider Media Team, you will help ensure the channel is well integrated into broader media plans and commercial priorities.

You will act as a key internal coordinator, managing the affiliate agency relationship, translating performance insights into clear opportunities, and aligning stakeholders on channel priorities. This role is ideal for someone who combines commercial thinking, strong collaboration skills, and a performance-focused mindset to help drive sustainable growth within the overall media strategy.

Key Focus Areas (Subject to Change)

  • Affiliate and creator program management.
  • Agency collaboration, coordination, and governance.
  • Publisher, creator, and partner development.
  • Campaign activation and commercial planning.
  • Performance tracking, analysis, and reporting.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the affiliate agency relationship, ensuring clear alignment on strategy, performance goals, and day-to-day delivery.
  • Coordinate performance reporting, business reviews, and growth planning with E-commerce, Analytics, and Media teams.
  • Work with agency and publisher partners to identify new growth opportunities across affiliates, commerce content, loyalty, and partnerships.
  • Collaborate with wider media teams to align channel plans and identify cross-channel opportunities.
  • Support forecasting, budget tracking, and performance analysis to guide planning and investment decisions.
  • Act as a key contact for internal teams, agency partners, affiliate networks, and publishers.
  • Stay up to date on industry trends, competitor activity, and emerging partnership opportunities.
  • Contribute to strategic projects and process improvements that strengthen channel efficiency, scalability, and business impact.

Experience & Background

  • 4+ years of experience in affiliate marketing, partnership marketing, media, digital marketing, or e-commerce.
  • Experience managing agencies and external partners in a commercial, media, or digital environment.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence, align, and collaborate across teams.
  • Confident working with performance data and turning insights into clear, actionable recommendations.
  • Strong commercial mindset and good understanding of digital marketing performance metrics.
  • Excellent project management and communication skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Experience in fashion, retail, lifestyle, or consumer brands is preferred.
