For an international fashion brand with its HQ in Amsterdam, we are looking for a Showroom Project Coordinator to bring seasonal stories and product presentations to life across European showroom environments. In this role, you will connect creative vision with flawless execution, managing timelines, budgets, vendors, and stakeholders to deliver inspiring showroom experiences that reflect the brand at its best. The Department and Team

Brand Experience is responsible for bringing the brand vision to life within the physical retail environment across European stores. The team bridges the gap between creative brand strategy and the commercial realities of the store floor, including visual merchandising, retail planning, and store operations. Its role is to ensure that the in-store brand experience is consistent, commercially effective, and fully aligned with the brand identity.

The Position

  • Lead Showroom Planning and Execution:
    • Plan, coordinate, and execute showroom concepts that bring seasonal stories, brand direction, and product presentations to life across different showroom formats.
  • Own Budget and Resource Management:
    • Manage budgets, resources, and timelines effectively, ensuring all showroom projects are delivered efficiently and within agreed parameters.
  • Drive Operational Excellence and Logistics:
    • Oversee the operational and logistical details of showroom setup, including sourcing, vendor coordination, installation planning, and on-site execution.
  • Manage Stakeholder and Cross-Functional Collaboration:
    • Act as the key point of connection between creative teams, regional hub markets, vendors, and internal stakeholders to ensure alignment and smooth delivery.
  • Deliver High-Quality Showroom Experiences:
    • Ensure every showroom environment is visually impactful, commercially relevant, and aligned with the brand vision, creating immersive spaces that inspire and engage.

The Ideal Candidate:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Visual Merchandising, Event Management, Design, or a related field.
  • 3–5 years of experience in showroom coordination, visual merchandising, retail environments, event production, or creative operations.
  • Strong project management skills, with experience managing timelines, budgets, suppliers, and multiple workstreams.
  • Good understanding of showroom and retail environments, including spatial planning, product presentation, and customer flow.
  • Able to translate creative concepts into practical, high-quality brand experiences.
  • Confident working with vendors, contractors, creative teams, regional markets, and cross-functional stakeholders.
  • Calm, organized, and solution-oriented, with strong communication skills, proficiency in Microsoft Office, and willingness to travel across Europe if needed.
  • Knowledge of AutoCAD, SketchUp, similar design software, and additional languages is a plus.
