The Team
The Non-Trade Supply Chain Team is a service-oriented organization that manages warehousing, logistics, order fulfillment, and planning. The team supports Store Development (Projects), Visual Merchandising (Window Campaigns), O&O and Franchise Stores, and Marketing (GWP).
Their mission is to fulfill all Non-Trade Sales and Project orders according to customer specifications, ensuring that goods are delivered as promised and exactly when they are needed. Their primary objective is to optimize the delivery of goods to their internal customers.
The Position
The role of Junior Specialist Logistics & Order Fulfillment is part of the Supply Chain Store Development department, which consists of a total of 16 FTEs, and reports directly to the Senior Manager Logistics & Fulfillment.
The Logistics & Fulfillment team consists of 4 FTEs who manage the logistics processes for the Store Development Supply Chain team. The team’s purpose is to safeguard and optimize daily logistics operations while ensuring compliance with established processes. Responsibilities are shared within the team and are allocated based on expertise and availability.
Key Responsibilities
As a Junior Specialist Logistics & Order Fulfillment, you support daily logistics operations, order management, and global distribution activities for Store Development and Visual Merchandising.
- Order Fulfillment & Customer Support: Manage order processing activities such as order entry, status monitoring, billing, product allocation, returns, and backorder management. Act as the main contact for delivery-related inquiries and ensure accurate documentation for shipments, including export invoices.
- Campaign & Distribution Coordination: Coordinate the global distribution of Visual Merchandising and window campaign materials. Plan and monitor the flow of goods and create the required logistics documentation, including master data, outbound lists, delivery instructions, and distribution plans.
- 3PL & Warehouse Operations: Work closely with third-party logistics providers (3PL) to ensure smooth warehouse operations. Monitor performance, resolve operational issues, manage purchase orders and invoices, and support reporting and operational reviews.
- Operational Support: Assist with inventory reconciliation, cycle counts, inbound shipment coordination, and invoice verification to ensure accurate and compliant logistics processes.
- Compliance & Administration: Ensure adherence to trade compliance regulations, maintain logistics documentation and tools, and support the maintenance of customer master data.
The Ideal Candidate
- Minimum Senior Secondary Vocational Degree (MBO+) or Associate Degree (HBO) in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Relevant experience in logistics, order fulfillment, or supply chain coordination, preferably in the retail or fashion industry.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively across cross-functional teams.
- Highly organized and detail-oriented, with strong problem-solving abilities.
- Experience with supply chain, inventory, or warehouse management systems.
- Knowledge or affinity with ERP and BI tools (e.g., SAP/FMS, SAP Hana, Power BI) is a plus.
- Fluent in English, with flexibility to adapt to changing priorities; additional languages are a plus.
