The Department and Team
Part of the wider Global Brand Marketing team, the studio department produces more than 175,000 image assets each year, primarily for global e-commerce platforms. Operating from a modern 23,500 sq. ft. facility in Amsterdam, the team combines operational excellence with creative expertise to deliver high-quality digital fashion experiences every day.
The space includes nine fully equipped e-commerce studios featuring the latest technology, two editorial studios with drive-in access, a dedicated still life studio, equipment and sample management areas, as well as a cafe, kitchen, offices, meeting rooms, and collaborative spaces — creating a unique and inspiring working environment.
The Position
As an Inbound & Outbound Specialist, you will be part of the Studio Operations Team. In this role, you help make sure that all samples move smoothly in and out of the studio for the e-commerce photo shoots. You handle deliveries, prepare samples for shoots, keep the inventory accurate, and support the studio team so that everything runs efficiently and on time.
Role and Responsibilities
- Physical inbound/outbound of samples, based on seasonal planning needs.
- Ensure products are accurately processed and outbounded in the Photo Studio Management System (Creative Force).
- Organize and plan space in the warehouse.
- Prioritize urgent, ad hoc product pulls.
- Consistently meet daily production and quality goals.
- Support the studio operations team where needed.

- Has proven experience working in a fast paced environment with a strong sense of ownership and accountability.
- Has a proactive attitude, strong ability to multitask and make goals.
- Has a proven sense of urgency and agility to adjust to changing priorities.
- Has attention to detail, accuracy, and organisational skills.
- Is enthusiastic, has a positive energy and is able to perform under pressure - a true problem solver.
- Is proficient in MS Office, especially Excel.
- Has a logistics or operational background.
