Your job as European Operations Logistics Coordinator:
In this crucial position, your focus will be on enhancing the logistics operations to support the growth of the Healthcare division by streamlining the logistics and inventory processes. Your responsibilities include:

  • Overseeing warehouse and transportation vendors to ensure accountability and transparent logistics operations.
  • Conducting inventory checks and maintaining accurate records for equipment loans and demonstrations.
  • Developing and refining logistics workflows and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
  • Coordinating insurance claims for inventory losses or damages and reporting on logistics trends and status.
  • Managing all logistics activities for inbound and outbound movements, including troubleshooting and escalating shipping issues as necessary.

Your workplace:
You will be based in two locations, the Amstelveen office and the warehouse location site in Schiphol-Rijk. You will be collaborating closely with a dynamic, multicultural team that includes senior management, product managers, and technical specialists. This role is integral to supporting the Healthcare division across Europe. You start hands-on with 60% in the office and 40% at the storage location. After the onboarding it will be 80% and 20%.

What do you bring to the table?
This position starts as an executive role. So we are looking for a proactive, hands-on and detail-oriented individual with:

  • Extensive experience in logistics and inventory management within the EMEA region.
  • Strong proficiency in ERP and CRM systems
  • Excellent problem-solving skills, capable of systematic and creative resolution approaches.
  • Exceptional negotiation and interpersonal skills, with fluency in English.
  • A valid driver’s license and preferably own a car.
