Salaris en aantal uur per week

  • Salary: Maximum of €2800,- gross (based on fulltime)
  • 32-40 hours per week
  • Start: As soon as possible

Over de functie

You’ll be part of a dynamic and dedicated sales team which focuses on the creation of new business. You will work closely with colleagues from the sales and marketing department to improve our client's sales and marketing funnel. 

Our client is constantly looking to improve their services, which means, you’ll have many opportunities to learn and grow as you build your career with them. If you show your talent and ambition, you may be rewarded with quick steps higher up within the company. 

What you’ll be doing:

  • Approaching actively leads via various channels. Contact with prospects will be mainly over the phone and Teams;
  • Converting leads into prospects, and converting prospects into clients;
  • Maintaining CRM;
  • Gaining and register knowledge of the assigned market;
  • Participate in marketing actions;
  • Understanding the status of the sales funnel;
  • Maintaining relationship with existing clients;
  • Developing the pension and insurance market. 

Who you are:

You are self-driven, have a positive ‘can-do’ attitude, are able to work under pressure. Our client is seeking someone that would like to learn and is not afraid to bring his or her ideas to the table. Your profile and background:

  • At least a Bachelor’s degree, preferable business or marketing related;
  • Minimum of 1 year experience with sales, specifically cold calling;
  • Commercially strong with a drive to win and not afraid to pick up the phone to call;
  • Excellent written and verbal skills in English, and preferably another language;
  • Actively involved in creating new business and maintaining existing relationships with customers;
  • Team player with an open and honest personality.
