About the job
Your Role
In this role, you will work closely with both internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure timely and accurate financial and compliance documentation. You’ll be involved in a variety of tasks across finance, audits, and KYC processes. Your day-to-day responsibilities include:
- Collecting and preparing client information to meet compliance and regulatory requirements.
- Supporting the setup of contracts and official documents based on standard templates.
- Coordinating the review and sign-off of financial statements and confirmations.
- Providing clients and accountants with financial overviews, such as interest summaries.
- Keeping compliance records and client files up to date, both digitally and on paper.
- Managing updates and communication with our compliance software provider.
- Assisting with internal approval processes for financial transactions.
- Helping to prepare documents for external audits and confirming information with other parties.
- Supporting various compliance and regulatory reporting tasks, such as ESG and local authority submissions.
What You Bring
You are structured, reliable, and have a strong sense of responsibility. You’re able to work independently within a small team and communicate clearly with various stakeholders. In addition, you bring:
- A Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
- At least 2 years of experience in a KYC, CDD, or compliance-related role.
- Strong skills in Microsoft Office and familiarity working with compliance software.
- Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
- Some knowledge of Dutch is a plus.
