About the job

Your job as an E-commerce Operations Coordinator:
In this multifaceted role, you'll be at the convergence of operations, e-commerce, and data management, supporting our dynamic marketing, sales, and product management teams. Your contributions will directly impact the online presence and customer engagement by:

  • acting as primary support of the D2C call center team.
  • assisting the e-commerce marketing specialist by setting up the promotions and vouchers in the E-commerce Backoffice
  • provide comprehensive back-office support, including data entry, accounting, logistics, and orderprocessing.
  • ensuring operational excellence by troubleshooting and resolving platform issues, thereby enhancing the e-commerce backend system.

What Do You Bring to the Table?
We are looking for a positive and driven person with eCommerce experience. You are part of a growing eCommerce business and you work in close collaboration with the SAP application team, Digital Marketing coordinators, Product Managers and local countries for the maintenance of the product, customer and promotional data. This role should be approached with an attitude of strong service and support towards end customers, other departments and the local countries.

  • A strong background in eCommerce, business administration, or related fields.
  • Proven experience in managing product data, with a solid understanding of e-commerce technologies like Optimizely or SAP Hybris, and familiar with SAP ERP systems.
  • Analytical skills to creatively and systematically solve problems, with a customer-centric and result-oriented mindset.
  • Excellent communication skills in English; additional languages are a plus.
