About the job

Your job as a Sponsorship Executive
As Sponsorship Executive, you manage the full delivery of sponsorship and brand activation. You make sure every sponsored element is delivered on time, correctly and within budget. You work closely with Sales, Operations, Marketing, Client Experience, suppliers and clients. Your focus is on planning, tracking, problem-solving and strong on-site execution. During event periods, you stay calm and keep all moving parts under control. You will be responsible for:

  • managing sponsorship timelines, assets, artwork, approvals and delivery trackers.
  • coordinating suppliers, branding, venue requirements, storage, logistics and staffing.
  • requesting quotes, raising purchase orders, checking invoices and tracking budgets.
  • solving issues around placements, freight deadlines, overbooking and venue rules.
  • leading on-site delivery and improving the sponsorship process after each event.

What do you bring to the table?
You are organised, proactive and confident in a busy event environment. Accuracy is important because sponsors, suppliers and internal teams depend on clear details. Communication is just as important, because you are the central contact point for many stakeholders. For this role, you bring:

  • experience in event operations, sponsorship delivery, brand activation or complex project delivery.
  • strong project management skills across multiple deadlines and work streams.
  • experience with suppliers, quotes, purchase orders, invoices and budget tracking.
  • strong skills in Excel, Google Sheets, Smartsheet or similar tracking tools.
  • willingness to travel and work longer hours during event delivery periods.
