About the Role
The company is seeking a driven and detail-oriented Product Developer to join the team. In this role, the candidate will be responsible for managing the development process across multiple product categories, ensuring high-quality standards, and collaborating closely with internal and external stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
- Leads sourcing, research, and development activities across assigned product categories.
- Provides design input and advisory to support product innovation and feasibility.
- Manages product development timelines and maintains clear communication with suppliers.
- Collaborates cross-functionally with design, production, and merchandising teams.
- Ensures accurate data management and maintains high standards of information integrity.
Candidate Profile
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in sourcing, product development, or production within apparel.
- Strong product knowledge in circular knits, flatknits, woven shirts, and/or neckwear.
- Solid understanding of fabrics, trims, quality standards, and color approval processes.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate across teams and manage stakeholders.
- High level of data accuracy and organizational skills.
- Fluent in written and spoken English.
