About the job

The Position

As a BU Operations Specialist (maternity leave cover), you will focus on supporting non-EMEA regional communication and processes. You will ensure timely delivery of assortment files and act as a key contact for regional inquiries. You will also support and further develop the EMEA kitchen digital assets pilot, driving continuous improvement. The Outlet BU Operations team supports the wider Outlet Business Unit and regional buying teams across various topics related to Outlet buying and product processes.

Additionally, you may contribute to other product-related operational tasks based on business needs. In this role, you will work closely with the EMEA Buying Team, Business Unit Product Development Team, and non-EMEA regional buying teams to ensure efficient and aligned ways of working.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support communication, milestone management, and process alignment for non-EMEA regions.
  • Assist in sharing and coordinating non-EMEA regional assortment collections.
  • Own and maintain master data to ensure accuracy and consistency.
  • Contribute to the digital assets process, including its development and continuous improvement in collaboration with junior team members.
  • Support the maintenance and coordination of the EMEA product kitchen calendar.
  • Provide additional support on product-related operational tasks based on team needs.

The Ideal Candidate

  • 3–5 years of relevant experience in the fashion industry, preferably in merchandising or product-focused operational roles.
  • A well-organized, structured, and proactive way of working.
  • A flexible, team-oriented mindset with the ability to collaborate across diverse stakeholders and identify best practices.
  • Strong communication skills and fluent in both written and spoken English.
  • A bachelor’s or master’s degree.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with Miro, Hatch, PRANA, or Nuxeo is a plus.
