The team collaborates closely with the wider organisation to ensure strategic alignment and maximise commercial impact. As a key member of the team, this role contributes directly to the department’s success and ongoing growth.
The Position
As Digital Merchandising Coordinator, you will support the execution of seasonal, trading, and campaign strategies across their digital platforms.

Success in this role requires a strong attention to detail, an interest in data, and a collaborative mindset.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage product assignments within PIM catalogs, ensuring accurate assortments, stock status (including sold-out and coming soon), campaign flags, and optimal placement on the website.
- Support campaign and sale launches by handling product assignments, publishing PLPs, building URLs, executing promo codes, updating content, and ensuring correct redirects across PIM and Fredhopper.
- Oversee daily site merchandising, including grid merchandising (full-price and sale), rule setup and maintenance, search and filter optimisation, product recommendations, and improving product discoverability to drive engagement and conversion.
- Build and optimise product journeys using tools like Fredhopper and XO to enhance navigation, visibility, and overall site performance.
- Collaborate with Platform Operations to identify and resolve site issues, ensuring strong site health and functionality.
- Analyse site performance and customer behaviour to generate insights that inform trading decisions and ongoing optimisation.
- Work cross-functionally with Buying, Planning, UX, and Product to align merchandising strategies with brand and commercial goals.
The Ideal Candidate
- 1–2 years of experience in eCommerce, site merchandising, or a related field.
- Fluency in English.
- Hands-on experience with PIM systems and merchandising tools such as Fredhopper, XO, or similar platforms.
- Strong attention to detail and an analytical mindset, with a passion for data-driven decision-making.
- A strong sense of aesthetics and brand awareness, ensuring a consistent and engaging on-site experience.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively across teams.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities, while proactively communicating workload and support needs.
- A genuine interest in fashion retail and digital commerce, with a proactive and growth-oriented mindset.
