The Team
The Global Consumer Brand Experience department is responsible for providing consumers with the most compelling store experience through store design, visual merchandising, and windows across all channels and markets. The Store Experience & Visual Operations team is a key pillar within the department, responsible for shaping and driving an elevated, world-class retail experience that strengthens brand desirability and fuels business growth.
The Position
The Visual Operations Specialist is a key player in the successful deployment of the brand's new global to regional platforms, connecting teams across the globe. This role ensures seamless execution of this project by gathering feedback from key stakeholders, supporting the development of the rollout plan, and onboarding strategies. You will also work closely with internal tech teams, tracking key milestones and communicating progress to ensure a smooth and effective platform launch.
This position works cross-functionally with Visual Merchandising, Store Design, Marketing, and Regional Teams, ensuring that all initiatives are engaging, strategic, and aligned with the department’s broader objectives.
Role and Responsibilities
- Support the implementation of the new digital platform strategy, helping to ensure it aligns with departmental goals and user needs.
- Assist in the planning and execution of platform rollouts, including helping with user training materials and providing initial post-launch support.
- Collect feedback and requirements from cross-functional teams to support successful collaboration during the platform's development and rollout.
The Ideal Candidate
- 3+ years of experience in communications, training, learning & development.
- Knowledge of retail training programs, digital learning platforms, and instructional design.
- Visual merchandising, interior design, or architecture experience is a plus.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to proactively time manage responsibilities following deadlines.
- Fluent in English (written and spoken); additional languages are a plus.
