About the job
Your job as Sales Operations Executive
As Sales Operations & Salesforce Specialist, you will be the go-to expert for managing tools, processes, and data across commercial teams. You play a key role in ensuring accurate sales reporting, seamless customer handovers, and efficient contract and invoicing workflows. Your key responsibilities include:
- Managing Salesforce CRM and tools like ESOP, ASOP, and ISOP.
- Ensure contracts are correctly uploaded into the system.
- Configure products including events, sponsorships, and digital offerings.
- Supporting sales teams with contract validation and invoice queries.
- Maintain and update event floorplans.
- Coordinate between Sales, Customer Service, and Event Operations for smooth customer handovers.
- Assist with pre-show and onsite rebooking activities.
- Maintain accurate sales data across systems.
- Prepare reports, forecasts, and dashboards for budget and strategy meetings.
- Design presentation materials for internal stakeholders.
What do you bring to the table?
You have excellent organizational and time-management skills. A confident, proactive mindset with the ability to handle pressure and deadlines. You have experience working with multiple stakeholders in a fast-paced environment and strong communication skills and attention to detail. Including:
- Experience with Salesforce CRM on a user or admin level.
- Strong Microsoft Office skills, especially Excel.
- Comfortable analyzing data and creating reports.
- Previous experience in sales support or operations.
- Background in B2B or B2C events industry.
