Are you a freelance designer who thrives on turning ideas into visually impactful campaigns? We’re looking for a mid-weight to senior Graphic Designer to support an international in-house design team on a leading B2B event in the life sciences sector. You’ll focus on creative assets for social media and event branding, working across formats and channels to help drive visibility and engagement. We are looking for traditionally trained graphic designers, no content creators or marketers.

About the job
Your mission
Over a 4 to 5-month freelance project, you will help bring a major international campaign to life. Your primary responsibility will be to develop assets for social channels, while also supporting event-related design needs such as signage and on-site visuals. You will do this by:
- designing assets for social media campaigns (static, animated, or interactive).
- adapting visuals for multiple platforms and formats.
- creating event branding materials such as signage, digital screens, and promotional visuals.
- translate marketing briefs into engaging and on-brand content.
- delivering final artwork on time and to spec, using Monday.com for task management.
- collaborating with a local marketing team in Amsterdam and receive remote guidance from a Creative Lead and Project Manager.
What you bring
You are reliable, independent, and collaborative, whether working remotely or on-site. It is important you are registered at the Netherlands Chamber of Commerce Dutch to be eligible. Including:
- 5+ years of experience in graphic design, preferably with campaign and/or event experience.
- Strong portfolio showcasing social-first content and branding work.
- A solid grasp of B2B marketing principles is a plus.
- Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite, mainly Adobe Express and InDesign.
You will join a creative, collaborative team working at the heart of a major industry event.
