  • Salary: €4.400,- to €4.900,- gross per month based on fulltime depending on experience (excl. 13th month)

About the job

In this role you will manage products for the company's partners in terms of product launches, product performance, product sales enablers and phasing in- and out of products.

Responsibilities:
Manage product strategy

  • Create annual product strategy for International Partners;
  • Make an execution plan (as part of the Growth Plan) and align with Sales and Marketing colleagues;
  • Communicate the strategy and the action plan with Partners;
  • Monitor the product performance (sales per product) and advice Sales and Partners on how to improve the product performance.

Manage product lifecycle

  • Collect feedback from partners and Sales on product performance;
  • Track product performance (actual sales against Master Plan and forecast) and market share, and advice Sales, Partners and Logistics on actions to take;
  • Plan, propose, implement promotions and monitor the impact of promotions and advise Sales, Partners and Logistics on product focus and stock availability;
  • Manage End Of Life (EOL) of our products and the phase in/out process;
  • Propose Product Management or on spin-off products that fit the company's market.

Manage product launch

  • Define the product & price positioning;
  • FCA Price registrations & manage;
  • Plan the launch;
  • Create or arrange launch materials;
  • Educate Sales and Partners about the new products;
  • Announce the launch and motivate Sales and Partners by providing relevant information, training and promotions Transfer product information;
  • Plan and execute (or support) product training courses;
  • Analyse competitors and market trends and share insight with Sales, give advice to Partners;
  • Support partners in organizing product related events (planning, preparation, demonstration);
  • Support partners and sales colleagues on how to sell (unique/strong sales points);
  • Answer inquiries from partners, create FAQ documents;
  • Guide and give proactive product advice to Sales and Partners to expand the sales;
  • Provide market feedback to PM Projects Lead and participate in projects related to product management/product marketing for the company, such as creating an actual sales against forecast, setting up monitoring on conversion rate and B2C sales, create tooling for sales performance monitoring.

Knowledge, Experience & Skills

  • In the possession of a bachelor or master degree;
  • 2-3 years of experience in product management in the printing and/or document solution industry;
  • Excellent knowledge of product life-cycle management;
  • Excellent knowledge of competitions and market trends in the industry;
  • Very good understanding of sales activities;
  • Good understanding of our products and company strategy;
  • Fluency in English, spoken and written;
  • Good knowledge of MS Office applications like PowerPoint, Word & Excel;
  • Strong experience in data analysis through data analysis tools.
