Saskia Stuve is a Recruitment Consultant at Projob and manages the account of a large international fashion operation. She considers this account to be the icing on the cake of her career at Projob to date.
Saskia looks back fondly on her decision to study hospitality and middle management. This choice brought her to several corners of the world including England, Scotland, Belgium and the USA where she lived and worked. This helped her become someone who is not averse to hard work and who wants to deliver quality. She also reflects proudly and fondly on a particular time in the USA when she was awarded the “Iron Award 2003” as the overall top performer in a call centre of 3000 staff at AT&T.
Why did she win? "I think that in being true to myself and connecting with my Dutch/European heritage I was able to gain rapport with customers in my own unique way."
Typical for Saskia: A few years ago, she attended an internal Projob training on how to apply the Dutch way. “I want to be able to teach this seminar and I know I can!” she said. So she did it and continues to do it. It was the same with the large international account which she manages. She saw what was involved and set a strategy. With good planning, enthusiasm and the drive to take the collaboration to a higher level she became the account manager.
“No two days are the same working for this client. Time often flies by before I notice that the day is over! This tells me that I am in the right place.”
It makes sense that others see her as a driver, an Account Manager heart and soul, empathetic and with an eye for what is needed to succeed.
